Know a business sitting on
valuable operating data?
Introduce them. If they licence their data, you earn a fee. Most owners have never priced what they hold, and almost none know an AI lab would pay for it.
How it works
Three steps. You make the introduction, we do the rest.
Tell us who
Send us the business and, if you have it, a contact. No data, no documents, no access needed from you.
We value and approach
We run a valuation, reach out once, and walk them through what their data could licence for. They decide.
You get paid
If they licence, your referral fee is paid once the deal completes. You're kept informed at each stage.
5–10%
Typical referral fee, as a share of the licence value
Written
Agreed in writing before you introduce anyone
On completion
Paid when the licence completes, not on a lead
What's worth referring
Any business with real operating history. These sectors tend to carry the most value.
Good signs: a few years of history, several systems in daily use, and work that involves judgment rather than a single tidy transaction.
What we promise the company you refer
Referrals only work if the company you introduce ends up glad you did.
They keep everything
It's a licence, not a sale. The company keeps ownership of its data and its business.
Nothing moves without approval
Scope, price and permitted use are agreed in writing and signed off by them before anything is shared.
Customer details are removed
Personal and customer-identifying information is stripped to a documented standard before delivery.
One contact, then their call
We reach out once. If they're not interested, that's the end of it and we won't chase.
Refer a business
Two minutes. We'll confirm the fee in writing before we contact them.
Questions
How much is the referral fee?
Typically 5–10% of the licence value. The exact amount is confirmed in writing before you make the introduction, so you always know the number up front.
When do I get paid?
Once the licence completes and the supplying company has been paid. The timing is set out in the written referral terms.
Do I need to work at the company?
No. Anyone can refer a business: a supplier, a customer, an advisor, an accountant, or a friend who runs one.
What if they say no?
Nothing happens. We reach out once, and if they're not interested we stop. No fee is owed and there's no cost to you either way.
Can I refer more than one business?
Yes, and it's encouraged. Send as many as you like through the form.
Do you contact them without my knowledge?
No. We confirm your referral terms with you first, then make one approach. You're told what happens at each stage.
